Site plans for Epstein's private tropical island featured within the images.
Also featured in this recent document release appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up plans to transform the sprawling island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and features a notes section detailing different areas of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, featuring plans for marina coverings.
Further documentation released as part of the continuing investigative process.
